Chapter 33 - Whose Fault Is It? 8

(pov hérèse )

That same vanilla fragrance tickled my nostrils.

"We're in the same class!" she exclaimed.

Squat closer to me

"I don't think so," I snapped, jumping back.

Then he looked away from her

They're all crazy in that school

She was wearing a rather short skirt and made no effort to hide her "backside".

Very bling bling on the jewelry

"Are you angry?" she murmured, pouting.

Pulling me out of my thoughts

The hairs on my forearms stood on end instantly, so I followed them and got up to return to class.

– (Good God, spare me all this suffering)

And yet she follows me.

Non

She just needs to go back to her place, I told myself.

How naive I was! She followed me, clinging to my paw like a shadow, and then she placed her bottom on my desk, stepped over it, and faced me.

"I'm just getting to know the new people," she hummed, swinging her legs in the air.

– I just want to give you your present…

Her eyes kept trying to capture mine.

Very unpleasant

– (I should have confessed before hoping to start a new life)

I stared at her silently, but I don't think she seemed to mind.

"May I know your name?" she continued.

"You don't have to answer," she interrupted.

She took a small black box out of her hooded suit and pushed it towards me while continuing her monologue.

I feel a little bad… For Her

– hmmm

Talking so much without even paying attention, I would feel very heavy and tense if I were in his place.

– Move your ass, growled a figure planted in front of us

WOU!

I didn't see it coming

The little "vanilla" turned, her smile vanishing and a forced smile rising on her lips; it's always easy to notice those little wrinkles around the eyebrow.

If you don't like it, avoid it

"Maëva?" she murmured, almost happy to see her.

"Move," repeated Maëva, who, on the contrary, showed that she didn't really seem to appreciate the visit.

"You can go through," affirmed the "vanilla"

Raising her legs, she bent over the desk, placing her shoes flat on the furniture.

I saw red in Maëva's eyes, she tilted her head slightly to the side with an experience of deep disgust that was drawn on her face.

He placed a hand on his hip and pointed at the desk.

– You're not exactly bright, but you should at least understand my language.

–"Do you understand?" Get up from that desk

"Vanille" jumped, gave me little panicked glances, and took on a sad and hurt expression.

"This isn't even your place, and besides, he didn't tell me to leave," she added, pointing her finger at me.

– (hooooo!, leave me out of all this)

While frowning

Maëva sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose

"Am I bothering you?" asked the "vanilla"

Trying to touch me

– HO!

Backing back against my seat

And there it was, the class came back to life again.

Damn, the break wasn't over yet, but the whole gang had shown up, and even the locals were being spied on by the Costas

I just wanted to remain discreet and disappear into the office behind me.

"Back up," ordered Maëva.

At the fixed time

Are you talking to me?

"Back up," she said, her voice rising.

I don't know why, but I slid inside and sat facing her, resting my head against the wall and one hand under my chin.

– Don't use me as a reason to fight

She stared at me far worse than her enemy.

– Now this is my place, Maëva continued

– You're bothering me, so move out of here

Then he picked up the small black box and, without even checking it, threw it into the void

"Vanille" stared at me helplessly but had to get up with a smile

"Sorry," she said bitterly.

Maëva glanced at her and called out to her.

– Hey!

"Vanilla" is stopping

Despite the classroom being full, no one intervened and they even incited a fight.

– Are you going to let her do it?

– if it were me…

– she insulted you

– hehehe

– she doesn't respect you

– fight

– fight

– fight

– fight

The crowd began to sing, further fueling the anger of the two

Maëva pointed to the place from which she had stood up

"Clean your feet out of here," she ordered.
