Yan Feifan and Yu Suye scrambled out of the car. A man who looked to be in his thirties or forties, sporting a bowl cut, was hunched over the hood, vomiting violently.
What he was spewing was bright red, foamy blood!
A quick visual estimate suggested he had thrown up at least two or three hundred milliliters.
"Acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding!"
Yan Feifan and Yu Suye made the diagnosis in an instant.
With no medicine or tools on hand, there was little the two of them could do in terms of first aid.
Noticing the man's consciousness was fading and he was vomiting purely on instinct, Yan Feifan and Yu Suye worked together to help him into the back seat of the car.
Yan Feifan took charge of the man, making sure he didn't aspirate on his own vomit and suffocate.
Yu Suye got behind the wheel and, using the GPS, sped toward the nearest hospital.
Unfortunately, they hit a traffic jam as soon as they drove out of the courtyard complex. The flow of cars was crawling.
