By the time Yan Feifan finished two consecutive puncture and injection surgeries on brain tumor patients from the PLA General Hospital and for Dr. Kevin Vega, it was already past one o'clock on Thursday afternoon.
After a quick lunch, he hurried to the trauma surgery department to see Mrs. Yu.
"You want me to introduce you to a doctor in oral surgery who specializes in macroglossia correction?" Mrs. Yu asked curiously. "I thought your next target department was cardiac surgery."
"Why the sudden change?"
Yan Feifan explained sheepishly, "Mrs. Yu, my goal hasn't changed. I just need to learn about macroglossia correction surgery first."
"I impulsively agreed to perform one of these surgeries, and it's scheduled for a month from now."
She shook her head and sighed. "Learning on the fly, and for another department's specialty, no less. Only you would be bold enough to casually agree to something like that."
