The wealthy district of Vita City was also divided into tiers, and the spot where Su Ze and Mr. Ya now stood was in one of its priciest neighborhoods.
Rows of garden villas lined the streets. The environment was beautiful and filled with the pleasant fragrance of flowers—a far cry from the clamor and foul odors of the slums.
Though it was all part of the same city, it felt like two different worlds.
"Looks like this... what's-his-name? He's quite well-off. Not just your average rich guy, either, seeing as he's living in a fancy villa like this," Su Ze quipped.
"Draco," Mr. Ya reminded him, rubbing his hands together.
"Right, Draco. That Luofan name is too hard to remember," Su Ze grumbled while activating his Eye of Truth. He sent out his Perception Tentacles, searching the area for any sign of Draco.
Su Ze's Eye of Truth could actually cover the entire city, but the trade-off was a significant drop in "clarity," making it impossible to pinpoint a specific individual.
