"The First Realm, Jade Tower, is the Foundation Establishment Realm. It is for tempering the physical body, refining the five viscera, and pioneering the Acupoints. For this realm, there shall be one fundamental Dharma, named [Buzhou].
It has nine chapters, the Nine Chapters of Buzhou. Each chapter is a trial. With all nine chapters completed, one can build a Jade Tower as majestic as the Buzhou Pillar!"
