Discipline.
Great discipline often begins with a morning run.
Throughout history, many god-like figures have stuck to a lifetime of morning runs.
During class, Chen Yuan would often listen to his old professor ramble on about his generation. Back when technology wasn't so advanced, they truly held the dream of studying for the rise of their nation.
They would often follow their advisor, conducting research late into the night, sleep for just four or five hours, and then get up at six in the morning to run until they were drenched in sweat.
Then they'd head to the cafeteria for a hearty meal, stuffing themselves with five or six large steamed buns until they were full.
After completing this smooth routine, they could battle it out in the lab all day without feeling tired.
When they walked out of the lab, the night sky would be full of stars, yet they'd still be full of energy, talking animatedly on their way back to the dorms.
