Feminine charm is a very abstract thing. It doesn't really have much to do with whether a woman is beautiful or not. While everyone appreciates a pretty face, you can't say that good looks are the same as feminine charm.
Some girls can't be called particularly pretty, maybe even having somewhat plain looks. No single part of their nondescript features stands out as particularly stunning.
Yet, they are incredibly captivating, making it impossible to look away for reasons you can't quite explain.
Even if her movements are only subtly different from anyone else's.
In the eyes of others, she just seems all the more endearing.
Then there are girls who are obviously beautiful, the kind who could land on the cover of a fashion magazine on their face alone.
But when people see them, their only thought is, "She's so beautiful," with no further impression.
There's also a theory that this feminine charm manifests differently depending on a girl's psychological age.
