"How did you know?"
"I know my boyfriend's home, of course. I come over all the time," Jiangg Yao replied matter-of-factly.
"Hmph."
Jiangg Ning deftly spread out the fluffy blanket, lay down stiffly, and stared up at the ceiling. Normally, she would have snuggled closer to Chen Yuan, but it didn't feel appropriate today, so she deliberately left some space between them.
Even so, they were still very close.
Close enough to feel each other's warmth.
Jiangg Ning turned her face to the side, a little shy. The atmosphere in the bedroom was a bit too intimate.
A rustling sound, "RUSTLE RUSTLE," came from beside her.
Ningning told herself she had to clear her mind and get a good night's sleep. Everything would be resolved by morning. She wouldn't have trouble sleeping in this bed; having Chen Yuan beside her actually made her feel very secure.
She shifted into a more comfortable position, folded her hands, took a deep breath, and slowly closed her eyes, searching for sleepiness.
