But they failed. The Black Flame seemed to seep through every pore, feeding on their Divine Powers and burning even more fiercely.
The abnormalities on their bodies grew more pronounced. Their muscles bulged and their flesh proliferated, twisting them into increasingly inhuman forms.
The Earth Immortal Flesh and Blood was never their own power to begin with, and the Black Flame's abilities completely countered it.

While the five Sleepers were struggling against the Black Flame, Yi Beidou had already fully recovered from the injuries he sustained from taking the combined blow of three of them.
