Why has Mommy's tummy gotten big again?

Aurora Sinclair never expected to get pregnant again, three years after her son was born.
And so, her eldest son, who loved clinging to her more than anything, was exiled by his jealous father, Alvin Morgan, to a little bed in a room all by himself.
But even that couldn't curb the little boy's enthusiasm for his mom.
Whenever Alvin Morgan was away on business, the boy would grab his treasure box and come running to find Aurora Sinclair.
Aurora loved making toys for him, so almost everything in his treasure box was handmade by her.
That was why her eldest son was so attached to her.
