According to the original plan, the Starship constructed by Bayern was supposed to carry an Original Layer observation platform.
It seemed the Tower of Stars had run into some difficulties with the platform's research and development. The preliminary experimental data sent by the Cavendish Squad didn't match the records in the ancient texts.
