Encased within a giant bubble, the entire world possessed a unique cylindrical structure, divided into upper, middle, and lower layers.
The upper layer was Heaven, brilliantly radiant and immaculately holy, the abode of the Celestial Gods.
The middle layer was the Human World, vast and boundless, bustling with life, and home to countless mortals.
The lower layer, then, was Hell, gloomy and deep, filled with an endless aura of death—the final destination for the departed.
Of the three layers, the Human World was the most expansive, supporting innumerable living beings.
Heaven and Hell, however, were locked in a perpetual state of hostility due to conflicting ideologies. Both sides vied for possession of the vast number of souls from the Human World, waging a war that had spanned countless years without cease.
However, neither side possessed the absolute power to crush the other.
Thus, the entire world existed in this strange state of equilibrium.
