He never thought President Shaw could have such moments of insecurity.
Ethan Shaw unconsciously took out a cigarette. Just as he was about to put it between his lips, he suddenly threw it into the trash can as if it had burned him. He then threw the pack of cigarettes from his desk into the trash as well.
He rarely smoked; he only did it occasionally to relieve frustration or kill time. The last time he smoked on the balcony, he heard Naomi Kenway coughing as if she were choking on the smoke. That was when he realized she didn't like the smell of cigarettes.
"Liam Sherman, don't put any more cigarettes in my desk from now on. I don't need them."
"You've quit smoking?"
"Yes."
Liam Sherman nodded. "Understood, President Shaw. I'll go find a suitable private dance instructor right away. I'll select a few candidates for you to review."
Ethan Shaw nodded and urged, "As soon as possible."
