In a way, the Star Empire of today wasn't much different from the Titan Race that was currently chasing after the Giant Dragons.
It was just that the Star Empire had better slogans.
And it was also friendlier to the Commoners of the various races and worlds.
As for the Titan Race?
Their methods were terrible and quite primitive.
Their entire ruling class resembled the slavery system of a Middle Ages World.
For a conquered world, this was naturally the worst possible situation.
This was what gave the Giant Dragon World the opportunity to gather so many wandering civilizations, races, and even Deities.
Of course, the reason the Giant Dragon World's top-tier combat power couldn't compare to the Star Empire's after thirty thousand years was that they were essentially a league of losers on the run.
And the Star Empire?
Not only did it have the True Game, the strongest cheat for finding civilizations, but more importantly, the Star Empire simply had better luck.
