The Dark Tiger Demon Lord finished the last spicy strip in his hand, licking his fingers, still wanting more.
"That mosquito didn't attend Teacher Chu's class tonight. It must have already left Drake City."
"I will go to the other cities tomorrow and see if I can find it."
"However, you can't let your guard down either. You must continue the investigation."
"Report to me immediately if you find any clues about that alien mosquito."
"Understood?"
The Slime stood to the side, bowing and scraping. "I understand, my Lord. Please rest assured. Even if you're not in Drake City, I will continue to search for that mosquito's whereabouts with all my might."
The Dark Tiger Demon Lord nodded in satisfaction.
He picked up all the spicy strips the Slime had painstakingly saved up from the table, then stood up and walked out.
The Slime watched the Dark Tiger Demon Lord's retreating back.
Or more accurately, he was watching the large bag of spicy strips in the Demon Lord's hand.
