These newly promoted Heroic Units were all of Ordinary Level quality. Their level cap was fixed at 50, and their Awakened Hero Talents were unremarkable, nowhere near as exaggerated as the standard Legendary Talents of Legendary Heroes.
But thanks to the additional Talent buffs plundered from the Void Bosses, their true combat power had already surpassed that of conventional Ordinary Level heroes.
