After traversing the winding tunnels of the cave, Qin Feng and Su Mumu finally reached the deepest part of the Bone-Eroding Cave.
Here, the space suddenly opened up into a massive subterranean dome. The rocky walls of the dome were studded with eerie green crystals that emitted a faint glow, illuminating the entire cavern floor.
The ground was carpeted in a thick layer of bones—the shattered skeletons of Ancient Gods and the remains of countless Abyssal Creatures. They made a crisp, CRUNCH-CRUNCH sound underfoot that was utterly spine-chilling.
Although the air was clear of any obvious toxic gas, it was saturated with an Abyssal Energy so dense it felt suffocating. A bone-chilling cold emanated from it, making it difficult to breathe.
On a high platform in the center of the cavern, a behemoth lay coiled. Its body was wreathed in pitch-black flames laced with an ink-green venom. Wherever a drop fell, it corroded the hard rock, leaving behind small, smoking pits of white vapor.
