A Mansion Guard, his back ramrod straight, walked to Lu Yuan's side, bowed slightly, and said in a low voice,

Lu Yuan turned, left the room, and walked to the mansion's main gate, stopping at the top of the steps.

"And who are you?"
His tone was laced with skepticism and displeasure.
Just as the general was about to speak, Lu Yuan held up a hand to stop him, his voice carrying an oppressive weight. "Dismount and speak."
The mounted general coughed awkwardly. Grinding his molars with a CRUNCH, he swung himself off his horse and strode forward.
