It was already 7:40 by the time Ethan Ellsworth arrived. Nora gave him her house key and rushed to the film set by bus.
She was late.
The director's eyes were about to pop out of his head.
"Listen, Nora Ainsworth, are you making the entire crew wait for just you? The nerve!"
Nora Ainsworth lowered her head. "Director, a relative showed up unexpectedly, and I had to give them my key before I could leave. I'm sorry."
The director hmphed. "I think ever since you got a part in this show, you've started looking down your nose at everyone. I let it slide when you suddenly quit that dating show, but now you're late today, too. This is your only warning. Otherwise, once this show wraps, you can forget about us ever working together again!"
She nodded hurriedly. "Okay~"
Only then did the director say, "Hurry up and get to makeup. The entire crew is waiting for you."
