Leon asked curiously, "Nora, what did you say to her?"
"I'm not telling." A smile touched the corners of Nora Ainsworth's eyes. She turned around. "I plan to enjoy this wedding feast to the fullest today. Alright, you two have a nice chat. I'll go on ahead and wait outside."
"Okay." Leon watched her leave the room.
Holly handed him the large red envelope.
Leon smiled. "It's for you. You should keep it. Buy whatever you want."
Only then did Holly say, "Alright then. I'll hold onto it for now."
The well-wishers who had crowded into the bridal suite gradually filtered out, leaving the young couple alone.
Holly took out her reception dress. Leon helped her remove her white veil and unzipped her wedding gown. The dress slid down and puddled at her feet, and Leon's eyes took in the sight of Holly standing in her underwear.
