Deep down, Joy Dalton was worried about Sharon Sterling, but she had to maintain the image of a good stepmother. Following Mrs. Sterling's lead, she fussed over Aurora every day.
Yet, while the rest of the family was a bundle of nerves, Aurora was living a life of leisure. Her days basically consisted of waking up to eat and then lazing around afterward.
