After turning on the light, Damien Valerius walked over and sat down beside Aurora Sterling. He casually picked up his shirt and put it on in a single, fluid motion. "What's wrong? Are you unhappy?"
Aurora Sterling looked disappointed. "The sky was perfectly clear just a moment ago. How did it suddenly start raining?"
The man smiled dotingly and reached out to pinch Aurora Sterling's puffed-up cheeks. "If you like it, I can bring you here often."
Aurora Sterling let out a soft sigh, then tilted her head to look at him. "So, the manager here knows Sean Carter... which means you arranged all of this in advance, didn't you?"
Hearing Aurora Sterling's words, Damien Valerius gave a noncommittal nod. "That's right. My original plan was to bring you here tonight."
Aurora Sterling studied his expression. "If that's the case, why did you even let Henry Hayes and his group in? And why did you have the club's manager give them such a warm welcome?"
