Dylan Valerius looked at Nancy Nash, his eyes clouded with complex emotions. "Where did my dad and Liam Valerius go?"
Nancy Nash's lovely eyes narrowed slightly. "Dylan, you are not to address your older brother so directly!"
"I asked you where they went!" Dylan Valerius shouted.
The shout made Nancy Nash jump, and she glanced at the servants nearby. Seeing the situation, they tactfully lowered their heads and busied themselves with their tasks.
"Dylan, why are you shouting at your mother?" Nancy Nash said, reining in her temper. "Your father and your big brother went on a business trip. They'll be back soon."
"Did they go to Portcove?" Dylan Valerius asked directly.
Nancy Nash froze. "How did you know?"
"Did something happen to Fourth Brother and Aurora Sterling?" Dylan Valerius's expression grew tense. He regretted it now—he regretted it immensely, beyond words. 'Why didn't I make things clearer to Aurora? If anything happens to her, I'll never be able to forgive myself!'
