Outside the door, K called the underlings he'd stationed there one by one, but none of them answered. To his surprise, he thought he could hear a phone ringing from inside the room.
Just as he was about to press his ear to the door to confirm what was happening, a piercing howl from Marcus Marsh erupted from the room.
K was startled and was about to push the door open to see what was going on.
But then he remembered Marcus Marsh's warning and stopped in his tracks, standing outside the door and listening quietly.
'What's going on with Mr. Marsh? Why is he screaming so horribly?'
K wondered to himself but did not enter the room.
Gradually, K noticed that amid the sounds of crashing and smashing from inside the room, Marcus Marsh's voice grew fainter and more pained, until finally, it vanished altogether.
'This is way too unusual…'
"This is bad!" K cried out. 'Something must have gone wrong inside! Mr. Marsh is in trouble!'
