The man wasn't in a hurry. His unhurried voice carried a lazy sort of sexiness.
Laura Lowell pouted. "Everyone on set crowds around me every day asking, 'What department is Dr. Shaw in? What's Dr. Shaw's zodiac sign? Does Dr. Shaw like small animals? How old is Dr. Shaw? What does Dr. Shaw like to eat...?'"
"Why are you making that face?"
Aiden Shaw stopped the car at a red light, a glint in his eyes as he looked at her.
Laura Lowell glared at him. "What face?"
"A jealous one."
Aiden Shaw let out a silent laugh and brushed her nose with his, the smile quickly spreading to the corners of his eyes.
Laura Lowell felt as if she'd been zapped by electricity. A tingling sensation spread through her blood, reaching every cell in her body.
"I... Don't be ridiculous... I-I'm not jealous."
