Aiden Shaw grabbed a set of pajamas from the closet, changed her into them, and tucked her in before stepping out.
"I need to get back to the hospital immediately. As for Vivian Yardley... blacklist her."
Laura Lowell was Aiden Shaw's bottom line.
For Vivian Yardley to harass his girlfriend time and time again... she was simply courting death.

The two brothers headed out the door together. When they got to the elevator, Aiden Shaw raised his hand and pressed the down button. "Want to come to the hospital with me to get that wound taken care of?"
"No need. It's just a minor injury."
"Alright."

Laura Lowell didn't wake up until nine the next morning. She rolled over in bed and reached for the phone on her nightstand.
Her gaze landed on her arm, on the sleeve of a pink pajama top. In an instant, her composure shattered.
'Last night, I must have fallen asleep in my boss's car.'
'So that means... my boss changed my clothes?'
