The words had barely left his mouth when the phone in his pants pocket began to ring.
Zachary Redgrave pulled out his phone, glanced at the caller ID on the screen, and immediately answered. "Why weren't you answering my calls? Are you deaf?"
Laura Lowell was speechless, having been yelled at for no reason.
"What's gotten into you? Why are you yelling at me?"
Zachary Redgrave had just been worried that she might do something reckless... 'It's probably because I was so worried. My concern got the best of me, and I couldn't control my emotions.'
"That son of a bitch. I taught him a harsh lesson for you."
