Fiona Keating, dressed in navy blue, walked toward Hannah Hale, her delicate voice already hoarse from crying. "Nathan's passing was so sudden. He left me and our child all alone. I don't know what I'm going to do."
"The old madam already agreed to let you have the child. Didn't you two settle the terms yesterday? So what's this about not knowing what to do?"
Hannah Hale's tear-filled eyes showed deep revulsion. "You'd better not provoke me with your passive-aggressive act. Just focus on giving birth to his child."
Listening to their conversation, Nathan Redgrave's dark brows knitted together tightly. 'Fiona Keating is pregnant with my child?'
'Could it be from that time I got drunk...? Impossible. Even if I was dead drunk, I'd know whether or not I did... *that*... with another woman.'
