There are many cities on BC-27-E Star, but the one with the most females is Mengxia City.
You can tell just from the name; both the city and the gang were established by a female.
That female is a rare A-level female from Chaotic Star. When she arrived on this planet many years ago, she was already accompanied by several powerful mates.
I heard the reason they came to this planet is because that female, named Shen Mengxia, had a child who died at the hands of another A-level female.
She couldn't accept the final verdict for the other female, so in a fit of anger, she took her mates and renounced her country.
After arriving on this planet, she established Mengxia City as a place to settle.
At first, there was no Luoxia Gang. But the cruelty of Chaotic Star made Shen Mengxia understand that her family alone could not survive peacefully here.
And so, the Luoxia Gang was formed.
