Mr. Jiu frowned.
Side by side, the two wrappers presented a stark contrast. The pattern on the wrapper for the facial soap he sold was coarse and shoddy, while the other was exquisite and beautiful. The floral design was clearly the same, yet the impression they gave was night and day.
Mr. Jiu's eyes narrowed. He realized he hadn't compared them closely before, having only given them a cursory glance. 'Looks like the manufacturing process needs improvement,' he thought.
"This alone doesn't prove the facial soap has anything to do with us."
The woman, seeming to know he wouldn't admit it, sneered. "The real facial soap only comes in three colors: white, green, and black. There's no pink, purple, or yellow. I've already had someone look into it."
Mr. Jiu was well aware of this and responded with a pre-prepared line.
"These are new facial soaps, still in the trial sales phase. They're all made by the same person."
