Women fear having their hair pulled more than anything, and Sun Yeshu was no exception.
Besides, Gu Jiaojiao was a ruthless woman who meant every word she said. The moment fear struck, Sun Yeshu let go of Gu Jiaojiao's leg.
Once free, Gu Jiaojiao immediately took several steps back, putting distance between herself and Sun Yeshu.
She had no desire to be disgusted by her a second time.
"Sun Yeshu, we haven't seen each other in days. The moment we do, you're screaming bloody murder at me. I hit you in self-defense."
'I couldn't just watch Sun Yeshu attack me and stand here like an idiot taking a beating! Impossible. Absolutely impossible.'
Hearing this, Sun Yeshu glared at Gu Jiaojiao, flustered and furious.
"It's all your fault I had to come back to my parents' house! You're the reason my uncle's family split from ours! Now everyone is calling me a jinx, and it's all your fault! You're the real jinx!"
