The call was from Fu Zhan, Vice President of the Coastal City Publicity Association, because the government had finally issued the directive on promoting traditional culture.
Fu Zhan sounded somewhat excited over the phone. "Mr. Chen, the directive is finally out! We're waiting for you to plan our Jinglan City project, and we're counting on you for this 'Hanfu Outing Day' too."
It was no wonder he was excited. The last time he discussed the Jinglan City project and Hanfu Outing Day with Chen Jincheng, he had used his connections in Beijing to ask around and knew this directive would be released.
That's why he had decisively agreed to the collaboration with Chen Jincheng.
They had started preparations long ago to renovate Jinglan City. By coordinating with the Hanfu Outing Day, they were sure to make a splash with this new directive and get noticed by the leadership in Beijing.
