Following Mao, they passed through a dense forest until a vast tribal settlement finally appeared before them.
Mao said this was their Canghe Tribe.
Though it was called a tribe, Lu Xiao felt it was more like a village. All the buildings were wooden huts, yet they were well-ordered, completely unlike the disarray of a primitive tribe.
It was much better than they had imagined.
What they didn't expect was that as soon as they entered, they heard a commotion in the distance. A group of people was shoving two bound individuals forward, shouting and clamoring as they went.
Lu Xiao recognized them at a glance. It was none other than C Luo and Platinum.
Fred saw them too, of course, but in that moment, they shared a tacit understanding and chose not to acknowledge their companions.
"What happened to them?" Lu Xiao asked. Mao tossed out a single phrase, "Just a moment!"
And ran over!
The group ahead stopped. After exchanging a few words with Mao, they looked over at them.
