"No."
Mad Feng's stance was firm. Although he sympathized with Adrian Hawthorne, he had to abide by the rules. He couldn't leak a client's information, or he wouldn't survive in this business.
Adrian Hawthorne didn't press the issue. He understood the rules. His perceptiveness satisfied Mad Feng, who liked people that knew how things worked.
"The next time your father comes, I will mention you to him."
"Thank you!"
Adrian Hawthorne stood and bowed. Mad Feng smiled. "No need to thank me. Let's talk business. What kind of goods are you looking to get?"
"Polyester. And if possible, I'd also like to get some radios."
"How much money do you have?" Mad Feng asked bluntly. 'This kid has a big appetite, but his eye for goods is sharp.'
"Only two thousand, but I want to do long-term business with you."
