Aaron pushed Yuri Sinclair out, only leaving after they reached the hallway.
The empty hallway was suddenly occupied by only the two of them and the armed guards standing a short distance away.
"Whatever it is, just say it," Queen Vance said bluntly. She kept her arms wrapped tightly around herself. She had no intention of being polite to this son of hers.
Of course, Yuri Sinclair had no plans to be courteous to his stepmother either. He smiled. "When I arrived at the scene yesterday, my older brother was too severely injured, so I had my men report it directly to the police. The department is taking it very seriously. The Chief of Police is personally investigating the case."
