Ashley Bowen lingered in the bathroom for a long time before finally getting herself squeaky clean, changing into her pajamas, and walking out.
Yuri Sinclair wasn't in bed, and the bedroom door was open.
Wiping her dripping hair, she walked to the doorway and peeked outside, noticing the light in the study was on. She then turned back into the bedroom.
She went to the vanity and looked at her reflection in the mirror. Her hair was sopping wet, with a towel piled on top of her head.
She patted her cheeks and made a "you can do it" gesture at her reflection. Then, with a small smile, she pulled open the vanity drawer.
Inside the first drawer lay the agreement Yuri Sinclair had given her.
She had only agreed to Yuri Sinclair's terms verbally before and hadn't had a chance to read the details or sign it.
When she flipped to the last page, she saw Yuri Sinclair's name was already signed under Party A, complete with his thumbprint.
The line for Party B, however, was blank.
