"WAAH... I'm not crying anymore, but it really hurts," Melody Sinclair mumbled, rubbing his eyes.
Claire Sutton snatched up the first-aid kit, fuming, and growled, "Lie down. I'm putting medicine on it!"
The little boy obediently stopped crying, lay prone on the bed, and lifted his shirt.
His white cartoon-print shirt was covered in mud stains. When the little one lifted it, the injury on his back was revealed.
The skin was broken, but thankfully, it wasn't bleeding.
"Move aside. I'll do it." Having composed himself, Adam Sinclair walked into the room and took the first-aid kit from Claire Sutton's hands.
Claire Sutton, brimming with pent-up anger she couldn't vent, completely lost control and knocked the first-aid kit onto the floor.
"Can't you spare any space in your heart for me besides Ashley Bowen and Melody Sinclair? Don't think I don't know what the name 'Melody' means!"
