"You're giving me money? Ashley Bowen, do you have any idea what you're saying? What do you take me for?" Yuri Sinclair demanded harshly, his hand closing around her delicate neck.
She winced in pain and pushed him away. "Fine," she said angrily. "If you don't need the money, I won't give it to you."
As she spoke, her hand reached for the man's waist.
'What on earth is going on in her head?!'
Yuri Sinclair was torn between anger and amusement. Seeing her in such distress, he found he couldn't refuse her, so he simply let her mischievous hand wander over his body.
"Are you sure about this? You won't regret it?" his voice rasped, a low warning as he leaned close to her ear.
Brazenly, she stripped off his suit jacket, tossed it aside, and said dismissively, "Stop dawdling."
It was rare to see her like this. A faint smile touched Yuri Sinclair's thin lips.
