"This matter is settled, but Shay can't have been stabbed for nothing!"
Suddenly, his ghostly voice drifted over.
"You… what do you mean?" Elise Tate was suddenly terrified, her pupils constricting.
"Nothing much." Yuri Sinclair's voice was flat as he held out his hand. Sean immediately placed a dagger in it.
Yuri Sinclair toyed with the dagger, then suddenly tossed it at Elise Tate's feet.
"You're going to stab yourself the same way you stabbed Shay. I'll cover the medical expenses."
"What?" Elise Tate almost thought she'd heard him wrong. 'This man's demand is beyond bizarre, isn't it?'
'Is this the legendary 'an eye for an eye'?'
"Didn't you hear me clearly? If you're afraid to die, that's fine too. You can take this stab for her." Yuri Sinclair lifted his hand and pointed at Jenson Shelby.
Elise Tate was stunned. She knew that if she didn't give Yuri Sinclair a satisfactory answer today, she and Jenson Shelby wouldn't be leaving this place.
