Ashley Bowen didn't say a word. She just took out her phone and showed the receptionist her entry on an online encyclopedia.
The receptionist leaned in for a look, then immediately smiled. "Oh, you're here for Attorney Shaw. Please have a seat over here, and I'll book you an appointment."
