"What is it, Nate? Go ahead and ask." Nanny Sutton glanced at the shards on the kitchen floor, eager to clean them up.
Nate Jennings leaned in close to Nanny Sutton's ear and whispered, even though she knew Howard wasn't home, she still felt a little guilty, like a thief. "Is Howard going to Gallia tomorrow? What time does he leave? What's his flight number?"
"It should be the three o'clock flight. He goes to Lavendell every month and always takes the same one."
"Oh, I see. Nanny Sutton, I love you so much! Mwah!" Nate Jennings exclaimed, throwing her arms around Nanny Sutton and planting a kiss on her cheek.
Nanny Sutton beamed, shaking her head with a smile as she watched Nate hop out of the kitchen like a little rabbit.
Nate Jennings returned to her room and booked a plane ticket online for Paris, leaving at three o'clock the next afternoon. After arriving in Paris, she'd have to take a train to get to Lavendell.
