"Master! What do I do?"
Lego had already climbed to the roof. Looking down, he felt a wave of dizziness wash over him.
But Su Nian just shook her head. "It's fine. Keep climbing up. Don't worry."
And so, terrified and cautious, Lego slowly continued his ascent.
Thankfully, the castle had many rooms and numerous protruding ledges, which gave him handholds and footholds all the way to the top.
Meanwhile, the wealthy woman also sensed that something was amiss.
She scanned the room, then wheeled herself to the window.
"Open the window!"
Her breathing was unsteady; just crossing that short distance had left her gasping for air.
Her condition was clearly poor, but her eyes were fixed on the windowsill.
"Find him!!!"
The wealthy woman's first instinct was that the man had climbed down from the windowsill to escape the manor.
She looked down from above, but nothing seemed out of the ordinary below. Yet, there was no one in the room.
