The way Silas Lockwood gently stroked her head left Luna Langley stunned for a long moment.
She hadn't felt this way, being treated like a child, since her father had passed away.
"What's wrong?" Seeing her standing motionless, Silas Lockwood put an arm around her shoulder. "Is there something else?"
"No, nothing."
"Then let's get in the car."
"Okay."
Luna Langley got in the car, and Silas Lockwood drove her to Skysea Plaza.
"What do you feel like eating?"
"Something light."
"How about Cantonese food, then?"
"Okay."
The two of them found a Cantonese restaurant. Just as they were sitting down, they heard someone call out, "Brother."
Silas Lockwood turned at the sound and saw Isla Prescott and Shane Sterling entering from outside.
"Isabelle, Sean, you're here for lunch too?"
"We are." Isla Prescott's gaze fell upon Luna Langley. She smiled and said, "So this is my sister-in-law?"
