Rain woke to sunlight streaming in and Sky already awake, making breakfast.
"Big day!" Sky announced cheerfully.
Rain felt butterflies but good ones. "I'm getting married today."
"Yes, you are! To someone who actually deserves you!"
They ate breakfast together, Rain surprisingly calm. His phone buzzed—a message from Prapai.
Prapai: Good morning, soon-to-be husband. Can't wait to see you at the altar. I love you.
Rain smiled, typing back:
