The history of kingdoms was not written only by kings and rulers, but also by the battles that shaped their fate. From small struggles for survival to great wars between kingdoms, every conflict left a lasting mark on the world and the people who lived within it. The following are some of the most significant battles and confrontations from recorded history.
1. Edric and the Three Wolves
Date: October 12, 752 A.D.
Location: Eldershade Wilds (near Ravenrock) / Serpentis

Edric killed a wolf for the first time.
Edric's wolf saved him from the other two wolves.
Three wolves were slain.

2. Edric and the Wild Boar
Date: February 17, 754 A.D.
Location: Eldershade Wilds (near Ravenrock) / Serpentis
Victor: Edric
Important
Edric received a rare knife from Alaric.
He crafted a spear from stone and wood.
His wolf helped distract the boar.
The wild boar was slain.
Outcome
Edric was gored in the stomach by the boar's tusks.
Several of his ribs were broken.
He suffered severe injuries and heavy blood loss.
The wolf was exhausted and wounded.
The battle left lasting scars on both of them.
3. Edric and the Bear
Date: March 23, 760 A.D.
Location: Eldershade Wilds (near Ravenrock) / Serpentis
Victor: Draw / Edric and the Wolf Survived
Important
Edric and his wolf fought a bear for hours.
The bear was not killed by Edric.
Alaric arrived and finished it with arrows.
The bear was slain.
Outcome
Edric suffered deep wounds across his chest and left arm.
He lost a great deal of blood and became completely exhausted.
The wolf was repeatedly thrown aside and wounded.
Edric collapsed after the battle.
Both survived thanks to Alaric.
4. The Fall of Ravenrock

5. Lorian's Escape Through the Forest

Two Ashkar knights were ordered to leave no survivors behind.
Lorian killed one knight with his mother's knife.
The wolf drove the second knight deeper into the forest.
Needle remained in Lorian's possession.
The wolf was wounded during the escape.
The second knight continued the pursuit.
RhydanAshvale killed the knight at the last moment.
Outcome
Lorian and the wolf successfully escaped.
Needle remained in his hands.
RhydanAshvale saved their lives.
Lorian killed a man for the first time in order to survive.
6. Rhydan by the Campfire
Date: June 30, 760 A.D.
Location: Eldershade Wilds / Serpentis
Victor: Rhydan Ashvale
Important
A man from the camp refused to accept a child among them.
Rhydan gave a final warning.
He drew both swords at the same time.
Using both swords at once, he killed two opponents. - One stabbed through the heart, the other beheaded.
Outcome
Rhydan intimidated the camp without a prolonged fight.
No one dared stand in his way.
The child remained under his protection.
