After Conrad rested a bit, he closed his eyes for a moment and lay down on his bed to sleep.
The next morning he made a nice breakfast and then checked the Floor Masters of the Heavens Arena.
If he wants to challange somebody, this time he will need some information on them.
But the reason is different than the past reason of training.
This time he wanted to find a nen user that he wants to challange and would be a challenge for him to fight.
He knew weaker nen users would not give him any fun or experience or it would not matter, and he did not want easier battles anymore.
"I want to try something."
Conrad believed that right now, he should be safe, so he did not think something bad would happen to him if he were to use Sleeping Beast.
He closed his eyes and sat down in a meditation position and whispered.
"Sleeping Beast Active."
"Target – Uvogin"
"Nen Ability – Big Bang Punch."
With these words, he started the ability and then started filling his mind about what he knew about Uvogin.
The more details he can add to the activation of his simulation ability, the more realistic and true to the real power of the target the target of the simulation becomes.
Which he valued.
He thought about where Uvogin come from, his living place of Meteor City, the friends he had and his actions, down to which number of the Phantom Troupe his.
When the details were over, Conrad found himself in the same arena.
He chooses the Arena as it is the easier place to enter to get some training and not that hard on himself to imagine.
He then looked at the mountain of a man and then smiled.
"He looks a like overgrown, Hugh Jackman, the Wolverine." he thought.
Truth to be told, it was said to be that Uvogin is a real master enhancer and one of the nen users that are powerful due to his use of nen that is mixed into his savage battle style.
He may look simple-minded, which he was in a character sense, but he was not dumb when it came to battle.
He was able to strategize and fight in a battle; one problem that he had was that he was too arrogant and believed that the enemy would do what he thought.
Uvogin looked at him for a moment and then, with a neutral face, launched its attack.
It was pretty odd to see that a man like Uvogin was attacking himself with a punch without any emotion and the usual smile on his face, but it was to be expected, as in the end, Uvogin here was just a simulation of his nen ability.
Conrad's pupils got bigger, and he dodged to the right.
He then launched his Orbs and tried to stop the attack of Uvogin.
He did not stop and used nen greatly.
With a will and activation, White Death Orb shot its projectile, and Uvogin was hit by it.
Despite the power of White Death, other than some grivous looking injury, the one shoot of it was not enough to deal with Uvogin.
As an enhancer, his physical defense and nen defense were at the highest level, more than most of the characters at the very least.
The orbs, and the nen volume of Conrad, were not nearly enough to take out a nen user like Uvogin who was in a battle mode.
If he caught him unprepared and he was not using his nen to actively use Ken or Gyo to defend, it may be possible.
Uvogin, after blocking the attack, launched even more nen to his body and mustered more and more aura as the seconds passed and kept on attacking.
Conrad started using Blink to escape almost all the attacks.
As the aura and power of Uvogin increased.
He was no longer capable enough to dodge attacks of Uvogin with just pure speed and enhanced use of Nen.
Without Blink, he can not escape the attacks of Uvogin at this stage.
"Pretty dangerous..." Conrad thought and then kept on blinking and trying to find an opening.
He could not, in a million times, block any attack from the punches of that guy, as he, Kurapika, who did it, had a broken arm and Uvogin was not giving all of it.
Due to his character, this simulation keeps on increasing the power and tries to use the fullest sense as the ability lets it.
The time passed, and fifteen seconds later, Uvogin finally managed to catch Conrad by guessing where he would blink and then landed a big punch to his head.
Which ended the simulation.
Conrad, who was back in his room, gave out a cold breath.
"Uvogin, I simulated with Sleeping Beast ability is should be about %30 to %40 full power of Uvogin minues the stragetic capability of him..."
"Still, if I were to use Aura Burst Orb and White Death in combination with my Blink ability, it would be better."
"But, constant use of Blink spends much of my nen and then having to control the orbs at the same time placing them great locations and preparing them is already a taxing task."
"I need to be more careful on where I blink and where I attack."
"This also shows that I do really need a weapon of some sort."
"I thought of a staff before..."
"But, right now, I feel like I would like a staff and then a piercing needle-like weapon."
"Some sort of a cane with a hidden sword inside of it."
"Those types of weapons would do me great favor if I wanted to use Blink, kill the target, and leave quickly."
"My punches and kicks does not have enough power behind them to deal high enough damage in a real life battle."
"At least not against nen users like Uvogin who are master enhancers and capable of defending themselves from most of the attacks."
