Chapter 175 - Chapter 175: A Deal with Gul'dan

Kael'thas's brow twitched a few times. He did indeed admire Jaina greatly, a feeling akin to a first love. He had heard the rumors about Jaina and Arthas, and there had long been talk of a marriage alliance between their two families.

Even Terenas of Lordaeron and Admiral Daelin of Kul Tiras had not denied these rumors, merely smiling mysteriously, which was a clear sign of tacit approval. He had originally held onto some hope, but now, looking at Jaina's shy yet blissful face, he suddenly understood. Perhaps their feelings were mutual.

"I heard that His Highness already has a consort?" Kael'thas's follower, Grand Astromancer Solarian, suddenly interjected. She was also an exceptionally beautiful female elven mage, groomed by the Sunstrider Royal Family to serve the prince, and was extremely loyal.

Arthas looked at Solarian, a smile suddenly rising to his lips. "Yes, I have a consort. More than one, in fact. Is there a problem?"

Solarian wanted to retort mockingly, but she opened her mouth and couldn't find the words. That's right, was there a problem? Monogamy wasn't an absolute rule. Some nobles keeping mistresses was an open secret. Yet Arthas had admitted it so frankly, which left her at a loss for what to say.

It seemed there really wasn't a problem. Just because he had a wife, did that mean he couldn't have a girlfriend? Just because he had a wife, did that mean he couldn't have a fiancée?

Jaina only had a partial understanding of Arthas's affairs. She only knew that Arthas's consort was the Black Dragon Queen, who ruled over the black dragonflight. She was a very strong and beautiful female!

"Arthas, I came to ask if you have a plan. For now, we can barely hold them off by relying on Silvermoon City's magic barrier, but it won't last long. My father is still repairing the Sunwell's defense mechanisms and can't provide much magical assistance," Kael'thas said, still nodding respectfully to Arthas. He was less inclined toward scheming.

Compared to the old diehards on the Silvermoon Council, Kael'thas had spent his time in Dalaran and had contact with humans.

He knew very well what price the arrogant elves would pay. Although he himself was somewhat arrogant and looked down on humans, that was only toward common people. He would treat those with strength as equals.

"To deal with the enemy, you either crush them, or you make them fall into internal strife." Arthas looked down at the time.

"Apologies, I have something else to attend to. Kael'thas, although this is our first meeting, we both have ambitions. This is the best opportunity. Defeating the Orcs and the Horde will benefit both you and me. Quel'Thalas can even eliminate the Troll threat once and for all, and you will become the great hero of Silvermoon City."

"We'll talk in detail when you get back," Kael'thas nodded, watching Arthas leave. Straightforward people didn't mince words. They had a common desire, which was to defeat the Horde. Whether Orc or Troll, they all had to die!

At Windrunner Pass, Gul'dan had been staring for a long time, but no one had appeared. Just as he was about to give up, a group of people finally arrived.

Arthas rode a Strider, flanked by Alleria, Emeriss, and Keristrasza. He spotted Gul'dan hiding in the woods from a distance.

"Come on out. We need to talk. Time is short, and there's none to waste, Gul'dan."

A rustling sound came from the trees as branches were pushed aside. Gul'dan indeed didn't have much time. He was only able to come out because Kargath was being interrogated by Orgrim about why he was negotiating with humans on the battlefield.

The two had a heated argument, and if the Bleeding Hollow Clan wasn't so powerful in combat, Orgrim would have already taken him down instead of questioning him so civilly.

"What do you want with me, human prince?" Gul'dan, who should have been in the prime of his life, was dressed like a decrepit old man. His crimson eyes and deep green skin showed that he had been severely corrupted by Fel Energy.

Normally, an Orc Shaman would be in harmony with the elements, but the elements ignored him. He was then noticed by Kil'jaeden and embraced Fel Energy, turning around to enslave the elements instead. Looking at the story alone, it had the feel of an underdog's comeback.

"Cooperation. I know you don't want to work for the Horde. What I want is to defeat all the Orcs and turn them into my slaves. What do you think?" Arthas crossed his arms, not bothering to hide his ambition in the slightest.

"Enslave the Orcs? Heh, interesting. Do you know what I want?" Gul'dan's expression was strange. It was clearly their first meeting, yet he felt a naked humiliation, as if he had been seen through completely. It made him very uncomfortable.

"Some obsolete old ships. Take your clan and get off this land." Arthas offered Gul'dan something he couldn't refuse: ships.

From the very beginning, Gul'dan's reason for inciting the Horde to invade Azeroth was to search for power, to find the tomb of the Fallen Titan Sargeras and its powerful artifacts.

After so many years of intelligence gathering, he had finally found some clues. All he lacked now were ships, seaworthy ships.

"Are they seaworthy?" Gul'dan couldn't refuse.

"They are. They're just old. They'll break down after a year or so, but that's long enough for you." Arthas wasn't lying. It was impossible to give him new ships, but some that were about to be decommissioned were fair game.

"What do you need me to do?" Gul'dan accepted the proposal. There was no downside for him.

"It's simple. You just need to do this." Arthas muttered to Gul'dan for a while before they parted ways.

Despicable people knew that cooperation between villains was quite solid. Each took what they needed, and Gul'dan's goal wasn't the destruction of humanity. He was only interested in power, while Arthas was more interested in developing his territory.

Orcs were excellent tools, whether for production or combat, they were very good subjects.

Besides, Arthas had yet to taste a muscular female Orc! Ever since he had lost his virginity, his desires had grown stronger and stronger. He would use the Life Essence he obtained to restore his energy, allowing him to have sex with beauties like Alleria endlessly.

He needed to fuck at least three women to be satisfied, as if he were trying to make up for all the time he'd lost before he transmigrated.
