Whoosh! Onyxia and Sinestra ascended into the sky together and slowly took a deep breath. It looked like Deep Breath! A Dragon Breath attack that required a long charge time, a skill that could cause a party wipe! A single deep breath gathered the energy in their bodies, inciting the surrounding Fire Elementals into a frenzy.
Arthas felt a heart-pounding terror. After receiving Onyxia's warning, he hurriedly jumped to the side, using Charge to get away. He had to leave the range of Deep Breath. This was a Demigod's Deep Breath, far stronger than the wide-area Dragon Breath in the game.
By the time Arthas reached the edge, Onyxia and Sinestra finally unleashed their Deep Breath. A unique magical fluctuation, and even a trace of Titan Power, was mixed within the scorching flames.
A searing wave of fire swept from the ground toward Blackrock Spire. Along the way, any Orc soldiers and Troll spearmen who couldn't escape in time were turned to ash the instant they were touched!
Iron weapons melted into molten iron in less than two seconds under the high temperature! With such terrifying heat, it was hard to imagine how peacefully the Orcs at the center of the blast passed away. In less than a second, their entire bodies were reduced to ash.
From the point of contact, the wave spread forward along the path. The surrounding air currents had already locked the Orc and Troll soldiers in the middle. It looked as if they were constantly running, constantly hitting invisible walls, and finally being devoured by the wave of fire.
There was no earth-shattering explosion, only a wave of fire so intensely hot it could warp space itself. It rushed unimpeded all the way to Blackrock Spire, melting a portion of the rock. The ground still radiated extreme heat, and the soft earth would release a pungent smell of sulfur if stepped on.
Onyxia and her mother transformed into their humanoid forms and slowly descended. On the other side, Nefarian also took on his humanoid form, but his left hand was still bleeding, seemingly injured by an Orc.
"Kneel!" Sinestra glared at her son, and an aura of authority gradually spread.
Nefarian gritted his teeth and looked at the calm-faced Onyxia. This was his younger sister, who had inherited their father's power and now become the new Dragon Aspect.
He found it hard to adjust to this for a moment; it was as if he was pathetically weak in comparison! He slowly knelt on one knee and lowered his head.
"Greetings, Your Majesty the Queen."
"Mm, Nefarian, I command you to occupy Blackrock Spire, declare war on the lowly Dark Iron Dwarves, and eliminate Ragnaros," Onyxia ordered.
It was somewhat unrealistic to expect him to handle major tasks, but he could still manage some small things.
"Now, gather your subordinates and eliminate the remaining Orcs who refuse to surrender."
"Yes, Your Majesty." Nefarian had no choice. He feared his father, Deathwing, and he also feared his mother, Sinestra.
Although Sinestra had disappeared long ago, she was the only female dragon who dared to defy Deathwing and had successfully escaped. This required not only courage but also strength.
Standing to the side, Arthas could feel the scorching heat. The main gate of Blackrock Spire had already melted.
This was a massive stone gate a full three meters thick, yet it had been baked until it cracked and melted by the high-temperature dragon fire. Such power was truly appalling. Was this the combat capability of a Demigod?
He had just done a rough count; the Orcs and Trolls combined should have numbered over six or seven thousand, yet they were simply vaporized, their ashes scattered. Such terrifying strength—was this his Demigod wife?
In fact, this was relatively average. Onyxia had not yet fully mastered the Guardian Power bestowed by the Titans.
If she could master it, it wouldn't be impossible for her to become the next Deathwing. Powerful defense, rapid recovery, and overwhelming attack power—aside from her magic being slightly weaker, she had almost no flaws.
And her "weaker" magic was only in comparison to the Blue Dragonflight; she could still instantly kill most Elf Mages and Dalaran Mages.
The subsequent battle was a one-sided slaughter. Arthas, however, came up against a formidable Orc. He had a single left eye and held a sharp, cold-glinting axe. The patch of white hair on his head and the name 'Rend Blackhand' marked his identity.
"Arthas, you damned bastard, go to hell! Fight me to the death!" Rend roared in fury. The surrounding Orc soldiers also stopped, and even the Trolls held their attacks.
This was a battle between leaders, and no one was allowed to interfere. To do so would be to desecrate a sacred duel, and the offender would be torn to shreds by everyone!
"When you die, all the Blackrock Orcs will submit to me!" Arthas pointed his longsword at Rend Blackhand, a hint of gravity flashing in his eyes.
"Rend Blackhand, Heroic Tier, Level 1. Dangerous!"
Roar! Rend let out a roar, unleashing an invisible bellow. It instilled a bone-chilling fear from the depths of one's soul, as if one's courage would shatter. This was the classic warrior skill, Fearful Roar.
Swish! In the next second, Rend Blackhand split into several Mirror Images, attacking Arthas from different angles. These images were so lifelike that it was impossible to tell which was the real one. This was clearly the Blademaster's skill from Warcraft, yet a warrior was using this move!
Hum! Arthas first raised his longsword, activating Flame Guardian to reduce the incoming damage. At the same time, he focused his attention, deflecting an incoming axe with his sword, only to feel it pass right through.
"It's a fake!"
"Die!" Rend sneered, appearing behind Arthas. He brought his axe down hard on Arthas's head. It even flashed with a red light, clearly triggering the Blademaster's Double Damage!
Clang! Pfft! Rend's axe was blocked by a shield that had appeared bizarrely in Arthas's hand. The force of the axe blow made Arthas feel a surge of blood rising, but he forcibly suppressed it.
Rend, however, was sent flying backward, spitting out a mouthful of blood. His eyes were filled with disbelief. What kind of move had his opponent just used?
"Hammer of Justice!" Arthas threw a hammer. The hammer descended from the sky and stunned Rend the moment it hit him.
"Roar!" Rend suddenly erupted with a tangible burst of Rage, forcibly ending the stun. He had actually nullified the four-second stun duration! A Heroic Tier enemy, and a battle-hardened warrior at that. This kind of on-the-spot reaction surprised even Arthas, who mentally noted it down.
