"You've been following me for a week now, what do you want?" Alex turned to look at the flushed Lena.
His cold dark eyes were looking at her emotionlessly.
His bangs were now tied in pony with a rugby ball in his hand.
His soaked white vest looked sexy, Lena swallowed hard as she raised her eyes to look at his face.
She looked at the peereless and expressionless Alex and she decided to take the initiative.
Lena composed herself as she thought for any posture but she thought of the rogue one, she closed her eyes and took a deep breath before speaking.
She walked to where he was slowly. " Hey handsome." She purred.
His brow raised, waiting for her next words.
"You look half Eastern half mine, I have started a band called husband, mind to join?" She smirked.
"Lena." He looked at her with concise.
Lena flinched. "You know me." Her eyes widened while pointing at herself with her index finger.
"Lena, a eighteen year old science student and campus belle. The youngest third year student in campus. Should I say more?" His clear voice sounded in her ears, causing Lena to blush.
"Ah ah ah." Lena just did like that with eyes shining.
"If you have nothing else to say, I will be going." Alex said as he turned to leave.
Seeing him leaving, she suddenly grabbed his hand in panic. "Wait."
"What is the matter?" His voice was calm.
Lena I'm immediately let go of his hands, she placed her hands behind her back and nervously twisted the strings that were on her trouser. " Can you attend my birthday on twentieth Nov." She looked at him expectedly.
"Too soon." Alex murmured. His eyes had that strange expression. The hatred and disgust.
"Huh?"
"Nothing, where will it be held?" Alex shook his head as he asked.
Lena immediately looked at him with expectant eyes. "At emporor hotel." She announced proudly.
Alex looked at Lena, his face now masked with calmness. He rummaged through his pockets and gave her a paper with his number written on it.
"My number, call me."
Lena took the paper as a treasure before turning away in light footsteps.
"She is strange." A woman's voice was heard.
Alex turned to look at Vera who had been hiding when Lena came.
" Not strange but stupid." Alex grumbled, his voice now rough.
"It was easy than expected." She said to him while taking his hands in hers.
Alex looked at his girlfriend lovingly, "but why Lena?"
"She needs to pay for enjoying the wrong life."
As their voices faded, a man's figure vanished with a cold chuckle.

Lena returned to the dorm looking all happy.
She would sometimes smile in a stupid way while admiring the paper.
"You need to stop this madness." Caren couldn't take it no more. Lena's lovesick expression was too taunting.
"He gave me his number willingly." She said proudly.
"Lena, don't you think it is too easy. Though you are a campus belle, some of your information has always been hidden like what you major in but he knows them." Caren tried to call her out.
" Maybe he did investigate."
"That is my problem Lena, he had investigated you. He isn't simple. Him walking with his number in his pocket is to be questioned." Caren shouted desperately.
"Relax Caren, I got this." Lena still dismissed Caren's worries.
"How can I fucking relax Lena? How can I trust him with you when he is to be questioned. Lena wake up." Caren stood up angrily.
Since young she had learned to read emotions like a book.
She had to know those with pure or malice to her.
She knows the calculation even if it is hidden.
"It is my life Caren." Lena stood up angrily. " You don't have to decide on whom I love or hate." She stated firmly.
Caren looked at Lena with hurt. She was just helping her out. "Sure decide your doom yourself." Caren said before picking up her bag and living.
"I won't be around to witness everything, take care."
Looking at Caren's departing back which looked lonely, Lena lifelessly sat on her bed.
"Is it the right decision?" She murmured while caressing the paper Alex gave her.
"I have been warned alot if times not to associate with you, should I give up?"
She sighed and with a determined decision, she typed the number in her phone book before saving it.
"It will be what it is supposed to be."

Lena's relationship with Caren became cold, she started befriending Vera.
They became best friends even chiding with each others secrets.
She became familiar with Alex, they would sometimes study together, she even introduced him to her parents.
Lena's mother approved but her father did protest. Lena threatened to kill herself , her father was forced to allow them to date.
During her birthday, Lena and Alex got engaged.
The engagement was grand with important guest, even the mafia families and the government families attended.
Caren, Gael and Mt Peterson attended but they all warned her but because she was too much in love, she ignored.
Maybe two to three years later she would start regretting her ignorance, but that is for later.
Their university days passed much quicker than she imagined. In the remaining year, they were crowned as the best couples in school and nothing could shake their feelings with anything.
Though he had never told her he loved her, Lena loved how their relationship was.
On graduation day, he gifted her a ring.
"Marry me." Alex told her when she was taking a group photo with her classmates.
"Woah." When Alex proposed, Vera came with a group of her sisters in arms, they were holding pink balloons while congratulating them.
"Yes." She reached at her left hand and said with an exegerated nod.
Lena's face turned red, the ring was slowly set on her ring finger, marking the happiness of her life or the doom of her life.
