-Elias Grayson:
The morning of the wedding began quietly, almost deceptively calm. Yesterday passed so fast, I did not even feel it. I'm so happy but so nervous, I'm going to marry my men. The two men I love the most in this life.
For several long seconds after waking up, I didn't move. I simply lay there on my back, staring at the ceiling while the soft gray light of early morning filtered through the curtains. The house around me was beginning to wake slowly—floorboards creaking somewhere down the hall, the distant murmur of voices downstairs, the faint clatter of dishes in the kitchen.
It felt like any other morning.
Except it wasn't.
Today was the day.
The realization settled slowly in my chest, spreading warmth and nervous energy at the same time.
I was getting married.
Again.
